We think it would be very difficult to improve the already excellent standard of this hotel and staff.

All ther services are without fault. Thank you for giving us peace of mind, the friendliest service and taking the weight off the shoulders of our carers.
This is a truly unique hotel for those who need it most.

The staff are always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
The proof of satisfaction of guests is shown by those that return regularly as most we spoke to seem to do.

We don't think it can be improved upon. All staff - catering, domestic, drivers and office staff continue to be extremely helpful and courteous.
