BOOKING AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS.
The hotel requires a deposit of £100.00 per person within three weeks of accepting a booking. Cheques should be made payable to Maison des Landes Hotel. We also accept payment by Mastercard, and Visa Credit Cards, and major bank debit cards.
If you have not sent us a deposit within 30 days from the above date, this offer will be considered to have lapsed.
As well as acknowledging your deposit, we shall send you an account for the balance of the cost of your reservation which is payable at least 8 weeks before arrival.
It is essential that all guests have adequate Travel Insurance. This is not now available through the hotel and guests must make their own arrangements for their Travel Insurance.
You should make your travel bookings as soon as possible and wherever possible it would assist us if you were to arrive in the afternoon and depart in the morning. When you settle your final account, please advise us of your flight number and time of arrival, and we shall arrange your transfer to the hotel.
